When you silence your knowing to appease others or stay in familiar structures, you're reinforcing the patterns you want to outgrow. Progress can become performative rather than experienced. Healing becomes cosmetic instead of cellular.

To truly evolve, you'll need to risk disappointing others to remain loyal to yourself. It's going to feel as raw as dancing on stage without any rehearsal...
