What is Energy Healing? Mystic Muse Energy Healing is a deeply intuitive practice drawn from over 18 years of experience as a bodyworker, spiritual guide, meditation facilitator and Pranayama (breathwork) teacher. This offering weaves together ritual, wisdom and energy medicine to help you release stagnant emotion and energetic blockages – restoring harmony to your system and a deeper connection to your true self. During a session, I work closely with your chakras, the energy centres of the body. I intuitively scan and assess where energy may be stuck or depleted, and then channel Universal Life Force Energy to restore a steady flow through the chakras and nadis (energy pathways). As a certified Usui Reiki Master, I incorporate Reiki principles and sacred symbols to enhance the transmission of healing energy. Energy Healing is a non-invasive, non-touch practice that works on the subtle body to balance, cleanse and revitalise your energy field. It supports the body’s natural healing intelligence, easing physical, emotional and energetic tension while enhancing overall vitality and wellbeing. This work can be experienced in person or as a Distance Healing, which is equally effective. For distance sessions, you’ll simply need a quiet, uninterrupted space to rest and receive for the duration of the session. It’s important to know that I don’t use my own energy during the session; rather I act as a conduit for the direct transmission of Universal Life Force Energy. Each session is an act of reverence – an invitation to come home to your true essence, to remember your wholeness and to awaken the natural awareness that already lives within you.
