Each session is tailored to your individual needs – whether you’re seeking strength and alignment, deep rest, nervous system regulation or spiritual grounding. Asana – Physical movement Pranayama (breathwork) – balancing energy and emotion through mindful breath Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) – deep restoration for the body and mind Meditation – cultivating inner awareness, stillness and clarity Yoga Teacher Mentorship – guidance for teachers wanting to refine your own practice or how you deliver your teachings Sessions are available from 1 – 2 hours, offered in person (Gold Coast or Byron Bay) or online via Zoom. You can book a single session or establish a regular rhythm to work on something specific, receive personal guidance or simply deepen your practice. Yoga and meditation truly are for everyone – every body, every stage, every story. Whether you’re an absolutely beginner, a dedicated practitioner, moving through healing or exploring integration & embodiment as part of your personal evolution – you’re welcome!
